Thinking that something new and exciting can be done to actually 'work' with clients as people, deliver something to be proud of and focused on quality and relationship, we have taken various services we have been providing for years and grouped those best suited to a unique Holistic approach for HR Directors with an agenda for change and transformation. Our approach, style of working and experience covers all industries and business sectors, yet we see a common theme with many clients still struggling to reach real competence in continual transformation and growth in areas such as technology, digital channels to market and good customer engagement/experience.

We have taken learning from the HR networking portal, N-HR (an online community of over 3,500 HR professionals) and the search and selection skills from Robert James Raitt & Associates to form TAaaS as a service provider keen to advise, but more importantly listen to and deliver what our clients really need in a unique and disruptive costing model.

Founded by Simon Raitt, originally a Learning and Development Manager in a leading UK training business who then moved onto HR consulting, Advertising and Selection and then Executive Search. The tone of culture of TAaaS Limited is one of partnership, open networking, sharing learning and insight to better support the HR community and business leadership. It is our aim to build relationships and act as a virtual extension of executive boards and leadership teams, helping them to change, transform and build capability for the future of their business.
