IT Project Managers - East Midlands, £40k-50k basic salary & benefits

We are looking for exceptional IT Project Managers to join our client in permanent roles to drive continual growth through enhancing operational capability. Our client is a leading international manufacturer with high growth and expansion based in The Midlands.

The growth of the business is leading to a range of exciting initiatives and as this business develops there will be further opportunities to enhance your career.  The IT agenda covers a broad international business scope, from manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, retail and online in a B2B and B2B2C environment.

Having established a new and progressive IT Strategy in preparation for further ambitious business plans we are looking to appoint to a new talent to help drive forward increases in capability within IT and Operations.

There are certain core skills and experience you must have:

• A solid IT background with successful project delivery in either or both a Warehouse Management or Supply Chain systems environments.
• You must have practical experience of IT projects and core methodologies, including both Prince2 and Agile, the ability to manage complex project plans with agile techniques is key.
• Experience working with key stakeholders including at board level.
• A demonstrable track record as an IT Project Manager and be able to show a collaborative style and commercial insight.
• Being a strong communicator, able to manage relationships internally and externally will be key, as will a can-do attitude and engaged personality.
• Show career experience working within complex matrix structures.
• Show demonstrable evidence setting up and managing multi-million £ IT projects as the Project Lead, managing expectations, financials and engagement with stakeholders.
• Be available for occasional travel.
