TAaaS RecruitingOur HR services and consulting business is looking to hire internal and client based resourcing mangers, particularly those with HR business partnering experience in areas such as Digital, Marketing and IT.

TAaaS Limited became its own separate legal entity on the 1st September 2017, born out of some of the support services that had been provided to date by

our London based executive search firm Robert James Raitt & Associates Limited (www.rjrtalent.com).

Evolved from routes in consulting, HR Services, recruitment advertising, Learning and Development and advertised selection, TAaaS provides outsourced HR as a service on demand and works to fill the gap in capability and reach of internal ‘client side’ Talent Managers negating the use (and cost) of Recruitment Agencies. The business provides a range of HR services with a specific practice focused on quality candidate generation processes, often anonymous, to encourage top actively looking talent to apply for our clients rolls, then a thorough outsourced screening and interview process to present the hiring manager with a quality short list of capable and interested talent from which to appoint. We also provide in house resourcing managers and HR business partners on an interim and permanent basis.

As a relatively new organisation, TAaaS has the opportunity to create an alternative working culture and environment. Quality of our people, the service delivered and client relationships will define the business. We are an organisation that is focused on results and outcomes, while still being hard working, fun loving and conscientious. We are not busy, ‘being busy’!

Setting our sites on the future, over time we wish to build the business in the UK and internationally. Initially focused on the West Midlands (from Malvern), then into the South West, Wales and M4 corridor (out of Bristol), London and the South East (from Westminster) and northern England eventually out of Manchester. Work will also come from clients in the US and Northern Europe.

Our immediate needs are for individuals based in or near Bristol with a track record in:

  • Internal client side HR business partnering
  • Resourcing interim and permanent talent as an internal HR professional
  • Experience working with IT, Digital and/or Marketing functions in building leading teams
  • Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Graduate
  • Preferably experience across a wide range of SME and corporate businesses
  • We will also consider talented individuals from an interim or permanent recruitment agency background if they have some experience working 'client side'

As part of our service offering we are always looking for interim talent managers and resources to fill immediate positions.
